About Us
Zakład Doświadczalny BISKUPIEC Sp. z o.o. in Biskupiec was established in 1974 as the Experimental Plant of the Industrial Institute of Automation and Measurements – Biskupiec Branch. Since 2004, the plant has operated as a limited liability company and holds licence No. B-028/2004 for the manufacturing and trading of products intended for military or police use, as well as trading of technologies for such purposes.
The company has implemented and certified a quality management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, AS/EN 9100, AQAP 2310, AQAP 2110, and WSK standards. The number of employees has ranged from 60 to 250, with current employment at around 110 people. In recent years, the company has received numerous awards from prestigious regional and national market organisations.
We offer services in the field of:
- mechanical processing (milling, turning, grinding)
- MIG / MAG / TIG welding and brazing
- sandblasting and glass bead blasting
We specialize in precise, small-batch production; however, our continuously modernized machine park also enables us to remain competitive in automated and large-series production. We manufacture a wide range of highly specialized products. We also offer the possibility to develop new designs and modify existing products.
